About The Position

Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care to older adults. The role focuses on helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for while supporting their dignity, independence, and quality of life. CNAs build meaningful relationships with residents and work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers. This is a full-time evening-shift position, with every other holiday worked.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• A genuine desire to serve and connect with older adults.
• A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care.
• Get to know residents and build meaningful connections.
• Work closely with nurses and teammates to provide excellent care.
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Be someone residents and families can count on.
