About The Position
As an Apprentice Bartender at Park MGM, you will learn the craft of mixology while delivering guest experiences in a lively resort setting. You will support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and helping ensure the bar runs smoothly during service. The role provides hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Preferably 1 or more years of experience in a high-volume resort setting.
Responsibilities
- Set up, label, stock, and deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist the bartender with preparing drinks, mixes, and garnishes, and maintain sufficient stock of all items.
- Promote and maintain a high level of service to guests, remain alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries.
