About The Position

This position ensures that all necessary supplies are provided to the bars and service wells at all times and assists Guests and fellow Team Members as requested. The role supports bar opening and closing, maintains stock and supplies, serves Guests, processes orders and payments, and follows responsible alcohol-service standards. The position requires working any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively in writing and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, towels, and glasses, and ensuring the bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Communicate with Guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs, and process payments, especially during peak business hours.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while maintaining the ability to socialize with Guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service standards and slow down or cut off intoxicated Guests when necessary.
• Maintain usage records and report levels to assist with reordering; ensure delivered items are stored properly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
