About The Position

This position ensures that necessary supplies are available to bars and service wells and assists Guests and fellow Team Members as requested. The role supports bar opening and closing, keeps bar supplies stocked, assists with guest service and drink-related tasks, and follows responsible alcohol service practices. It also involves maintaining usage records and properly storing delivered items.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively in writing and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfort with kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, ice, liquor, wine, and beer, and ensuring Bartenders have clean towels and glasses.
• Communicate with Guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs, and process payments, especially during peak business hours.
• Ring up orders accurately in the POS system while socializing with Guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down or cutting off an intoxicated Guest when necessary.
• Maintain usage records to assist with reordering and ensure delivered items are stored properly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
