About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring outgoing and reliable individuals to represent the company at local events, retail stores, and community locations. The role involves engaging with potential customers, sharing information about window and door solutions, and helping arrange free in-home consultations for the sales team. The position offers paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing, as well as opportunities for growth. The hourly rate is $18, with weekly performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
