About The Position

Sparta Networking is hiring Appointment Setters for an on-site, phone-based customer support position in Conway, South Carolina. The role involves speaking with customers interested in vacation options, answering questions, reviewing available choices, and helping customers move forward with the booking process. No previous travel experience is required, and paid training is provided.

The position pays $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities and weekly pay. Multiple schedules are available: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday through Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; or part-time Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ongoing coaching and support are provided, with an opportunity for advancement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be comfortable talking with customers by phone.
• Be friendly and confident in conversation.
• Be comfortable using a computer while on a call.
• Be organized and accurate.
• Be reliable with the work schedule.
• Be comfortable following up with customers.
• Be motivated by commission opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, call centers, hospitality, reservations, retail, or phone-based sales is helpful but not required.
• Previous travel experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone.
• Learn what customers are looking for.
• Review available vacation packages and promotions.
• Answer basic questions about pricing and options.
• Schedule customers or help them move forward in the booking process.
• Follow up with interested customers when needed.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Keep notes and account details accurate.
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience.
