About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-activity sales role focused on outbound phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication with new leads, past customers, stale proposals, event leads, and online inquiries.

Requirements

Strong phone presence and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and sales-focused attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
Strong tolerance for rejection and hearing “no.”
Organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
Reliable follow-through and personal accountability.
Basic computer and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Follow up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
Follow up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
Identify opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Send text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.
