About The Position

This is a salaried position with performance bonuses and is full-time and in-person, not remote. Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet email and phone leads.
Respond professionally and clearly to email inquiries.
Interact with customers by phone every day, in a call-center-like setting.
Schedule appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
Monitor leads in the CRM for reporting purposes.
Arrange for customers to visit the dealership, where a Sales specialist will guide them through the buying process.
Represent and promote yourself, the dealership, and the Edwards shopping experience.
