About The Position

UF Resources is hiring an on-site Appointment Setter in Bradenton, Florida. The role involves speaking with people who have already asked to hear from the company, using a proven script, and booking qualified appointments for the field team. The appointments help families take steps toward protecting their assets and avoiding probate-related court delays, frozen assets, and legal fees. Coaching is provided to support continued improvement; estate planning experience is not required.

Compensation is $16 per hour plus $50 for every qualified appointment, paid weekly, with no cap on appointment earnings. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Part-time hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. There are no nights or weekends. The position is on-site at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, Florida, near UTC and I-75 Exit 213.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of appointment setting, outbound calling, or telesales experience.
• A reliable work record.
• A drive to improve.

Responsibilities
