Appt Scheduler
About The Position
Mountain Family Health Centers is seeking a bilingual Appointment Scheduler to serve as a first point of contact between patients and care teams. The role is part of a call center team supporting integrated medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare. Each scheduler is assigned to a care site and helps ensure communication between the call center and that site, while monitoring the site’s schedules for correct scheduling. The position offers a stated salary of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Spanish speaking is required.

- One year of call center experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls in a timely fashion.
- Schedule patients for medical, dental, and behavioral appointments.
- Relay messages and normal test results to patients.
- Conduct outreach to patients to schedule follow-up and well-care appointments.
- Serve as a liaison between the call center and an assigned care site, ensuring appropriate communication.
- Monitor the assigned care site’s schedules to ensure correct scheduling.
