The Receptionist is expected to protect the legal, financial and moral well being of the dealership. They will ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits. The role involves accurately filing receipts and permits to maintain an accurate record keeping process to ensure quick data retrieval. The Receptionist will also act as a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful and seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service. The primary duties include ensuring maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control, while achieving customer service satisfaction standards and facilitating incoming calls and traffic. This role effectively greets, communicates, and guides customers to appropriate departments for assistance. The Receptionist will accurately review receipt of money and permits to ensure consistent tracking methods are utilized. They must report to work on time and maintain a reliable work schedule, which fosters a dependable environment for customers and team members. The role requires effective communication with and performance of all job duties requested by management, as well as operating with integrity. The individual must demand the highest ethical standards from self and others, set an example of good attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment, and communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
