About The Position

Briggs Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling service appointments, following up on service opportunities, and helping provide an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with phones, text messaging, and email
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive, BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online leads
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended and declined services
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to maximize appointment opportunities
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication with every customer
