Application Support Analyst at PA
About The Position
This position is for an Application Support Analyst located in Pittsburgh, PA, with a duration of 12 months. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities in large, complex, corporate Office 365 hybrid environments. The analyst will be responsible for authoring and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts, possess working knowledge of email security principles (DMARC/DKIM/SPF/TLS), and have strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, the role requires working knowledge of network security principles and practices, and the ability to articulate problems and explain solutions to users.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting ability in large, complex, corporate Office 365 hybrid environments
