About The Position

The Application Specialist I performs one or more entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment and the opportunity to develop technical skills while upholding XPEL’s industry-leading standards. The specialist supports daily operations and collaborates with the team to help ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, or local equivalent, desired.
Be at least 18 years old and have two years of driving experience.
Six months of experience applying automotive protective products; XPEL experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform detailed tasks.
Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in one or more services, such as tinting or ceramic coatings, from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M.
Experience applying automotive protective products with XPEL.

Responsibilities

Install one or more XPEL products on entry-level jobs within the defined difficulty rating or management guidelines.
Work with senior-level installers to increase capabilities and develop skills.
Inspect installations and make minor adjustments to meet XPEL quality benchmarks and achieve a flawless finish.
Follow XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to maintain efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
