About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a ReactJS Developer for a 12+ month contract position with a global financial institution in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role is for an automation-first, security-conscious engineer who is proactive about reliability. The engineer will investigate root causes, make failures diagnosable, and balance availability, latency, cost, and delivery speed. The role focuses on chatbot, copilot, or agent workflows and involves collaborating with development peers and business partners to plan, design, develop, test, and execute software releases.

Requirements

At least 3 years of engineering experience.
Python experience for LLM or agent development.
React, TypeScript (mandatory), and Next.js experience.
Experience with streaming UI using WebSockets or SSE.
Experience with API-driven UI and component development.
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent SDK, or AutoGen TypeScript SDKs.
Experience building chatbot, copilot, or agent workflows.
Experience building reusable UI components or SDKs.
Hands-on experience with RAG and tool-based agents.

Nice To Haves

Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, develop, test, execute, and communicate software releases.
Collaborate with development peers and business partners to understand the work and assist with development efforts.
Create effective unit-testing coverage for developed code.
Ensure software releases comply with enterprise and regulatory requirements while maintaining product quality.
