About The Position
An established, growth-oriented organization is seeking an Application Engineer / Panel Designer to support its engineering team and contribute to continued business growth. The role involves developing technical designs, preparing electrical schematics, and troubleshooting control systems while helping address an existing project backlog. This is an on-site position in Jacksonville, Florida, with an immediate need for additional engineering support.
Requirements
- Experience with CAD, electrical schematics, control panel design, and troubleshooting.
- Technical proficiency and ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of PLCs and relevant industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design control panels, layouts, and electrical schematics using CAD.
- Troubleshoot electrical controls, relay logic, and related systems.
- Support PLC applications and technical project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Help improve project turnaround times and design quality.
