About The Position

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks an Application Development Senior Advisor for the Chicago, IL location to develop and support conversational call flow to meet the overall goal of the business and program. This role is part of a large transformational program team that will enable many lines of business in the enterprise. The goal is to enable a meaningful and personalized customer experience in the assisted service channels (voice, text, chat) and lead the organization in adopting increasingly advanced capabilities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in Conversational AI Development/IVR Application Development, or a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
Experience with Genesys
Experience with Java Development including VXML and client backend integration
Experience with Jira or similar tools
Experience with Cyara or similar tools
Experience with Confluence or similar tools
Experience with Voice and digital domain testing tools such as Hammer
Experience with Spring/Springboot
Experience with RestAPI
Experience with Microservices
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with Kafka
Experience with Rabbit MQ
Experience with Redis
Experience with Postgre SQL
Experience with Oracle SQL
Experience with Jenkins
Experience with Testing technologies including Junit
Experience with Monitoring instrumentation using Splunk, and Grafana
Experience with KORE Platform
Experience with Nuance

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and support Conversational IVRs (Integrated Voice Response) and perform unit and component tests aligned to business needs and in accordance with technology architecture standards.
Build, configure and implement CAI applications.
Design user experience for multimedia applications.
In conjunction with the Solution Architect, assist the Application Owner, Development Manager, and Technical Delivery Lead by providing effort estimates for new projects and initiatives.
Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application (e.g. cross-capability/release issues).
Collaborate and interact directly with design, business and technology partners.
Perform technical planning, integration, systems analysis, design, development, unit and component systems testing and support-maintenance.
Create and maintain quality code.
Ensure defect free programming consistent with standards.
Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment and participate in reviewing peer coding.
