Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks an Application Development Senior Advisor for the Chicago, IL location to develop and support conversational call flow to meet the overall goal of the business and program. This role is part of a large transformational program team enabling many lines of business in the enterprise. The goal is to enable meaningful and personalized customer experiences in assisted service channels (voice, text, chat) and lead the organization in adopting advanced capabilities. The position involves building, developing, and supporting Conversational IVRs (Integrated Voice Response) and performing unit and component tests aligned to business needs and technology architecture standards. It also includes building, configuring, and implementing CAI applications, designing user experience for multimedia applications, and collaborating with design, business, and technology partners. The role requires technical planning, integration, systems analysis, design, development, testing, and support-maintenance, with a focus on creating and maintaining quality, defect-free code consistent with standards. Responsibilities also include code maintenance and support during testing and post-production, and participation in peer code reviews. The work schedule is hybrid.
