About The Position

We are seeking an experienced FIS Profile DDA developer with advanced expertise in Profile v6.2/AMR99 and PFW (Profile for Windows) v6.2. This role will support development and production for a highly customized Profile DDA application, as well as assist with Profile Upgrade assessments/discovery and future implementation projects. The Profile application is a legacy DDA application from FIS, over 25 years old, with extensive customizations across 12 separate branch instances. The role requires technical expertise in maintaining and supporting all Profile environments (Development, QA, Release, and Production), developing and amending Profile v6.2/AMR99 and PFW codes for business requests, documenting code changes, performing unit testing, and conducting code reviews. The developer will also review vendor-delivered software, support database and data maintenance, assist with production support for payment-related issues, and contribute to key bank initiatives such as Profile Upgrade/Replacement, ACH Back Office, and various system enhancements and interface projects. A significant part of the role involves leading the Profile Upgrade assessment for highly customized SMBC EMEA/AD Profile application codes.

Requirements

Advanced expertise with FIS Profile DDA application, specifically Profile v6.2/AMR99 and PFW (Profile for Windows) v6.2.
Proficiency in programming languages: MUMPS, PSL (Profile Scripting Language), and PowerBuilder.
Experience with development frameworks and other deployment and peripheral tools including Urban Code, Perforce, and ServiceNow.
10+ years of experience.
Ability to support development and production for a highly customized Profile DDA application.
Experience with Profile Upgrade assessment/discovery and future implementation project support.
Technical expertise in maintenance and support of Profile environments (Development, QA, Release, Production).
Experience in developing and amending Profile v6.2/AMR99 versions and PFW codes.
Experience in documenting code changes and performing unit testing.
Experience in conducting code reviews.
Experience in reviewing vendor-delivered software.
Experience in supporting and performing maintenance and archiving of Profile application databases and data.
Experience in assisting with Production support, including investigating issues with payments or other data flows.
Experience in supporting key bank initiatives related to Profile/Deposit interfaces.
Ability to lead Profile Upgrade assessment on highly customized application codes.
Ability to conduct design workshops.
Ability to support testing, implement changes, and assist with Production support for other projects.

Responsibilities

Develop Profile DDA application features and fix bugs.
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise regarding maintenance and support of all Profile environments (Development, QA, Release, and Production).
Develop and amend Profile v6.2/AMR99 versions and PFW codes to support business requests for enhancements and new functionalities in all 12 separate EMEA/AD instances.
Document all code changes and perform unit testing before hand-over to testers.
Conduct code reviews of development and code changes performed by other Profile support team members.
Review new software (fixes or enhancements) delivered by the Profile vendor (FIS) prior to installation.
Support and perform maintenance and archiving of the Profile application databases and data.
Assist with Production support, including investigating issues with payments or other data flows.
Assist in supporting key bank initiatives including Profile Upgrade/Replacement (Assessment/Discovery and Implementation), ACH Back Office, New Cash Management System Enhancements, CMS Foreign Exchange enhancements, Electronic Statement implementation, Audit Requirements, and Market Reference Data interfaces.
Lead the Profile Upgrade assessment on highly customized SMBC EMEA/AD Profile application codes.
Conduct design workshops across all applications involved in Profile enhancements.
Assist in supporting other projects assigned to support testing, implement changes, and system Production environments.
