About The Position
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support and optimize Epic Professional Billing applications. The analyst partners with revenue cycle, finance, operational, and clinical stakeholders to help ensure billing workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The role supports charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement optimization, system integrity, and end-user success in a complex healthcare environment. The position is based at 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Remote work is available only to residents of Wisconsin or Michigan, with occasional onsite work in La Crosse or Green Bay for support initiatives. The position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday on days, with no weekends or holidays.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification is required upon hire.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including charge capture, coding, billing, claims, and follow-up.
- Experience working with finance, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application issues and provide end-user support.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor applications for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
- Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
