Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows.
- Ability to think critically, challenge traditional approaches, and develop creative solutions to business and operational problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Prior experience working with Epic applications and healthcare systems
- Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI solutions, or other AI-powered technologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, AI workflow platforms, or other automation technologies
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
- Assist with the evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new AI tools and technologies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing application support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Stay current on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and automation.
