About The Position

Delta Sonic’s Human Resources Department is seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual for a full-time, benefited Applicant Screening Coordinator position. The role supports recruiting for company locations by screening applications, evaluating one-way video interviews, and coordinating candidate selection with location management. The coordinator also partners with location and district managers to understand staffing needs, maintains job postings, represents Delta Sonic at job fairs, and assists with in-person interviews. The pay range is $21.00–$24.00 per hour.

Candidates advancing to a second interview will complete a behavioral-based interview assessment. Year-round schedule availability is required; seasonal employment opportunities for people attending school are no longer available effective June 1, 2024.

Requirements

• Industry experience in recruiting, interviewing, applicant screening, staffing, or a related human resources role.
• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about all location-level positions.
• Strong organization and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work well with others.
• Enthusiasm for meeting, engaging, and connecting with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly and effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to observe and analyze quickly.
• Year-round schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications for company locations and send one-way video interview links to qualified applicants.
• Evaluate one-way video interviews and select candidates for in-person interviews with location management.
• Partner with location and district managers to understand and support staffing needs.
• Create and update job postings.
• Represent Delta Sonic at job fairs.
• Assist with in-person interviews.
