About The Position

The Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist delivers in-home repair services for major household appliances, with a focus on Whirlpool brand service. Technicians dispatch directly from home in a company-provided vehicle, manage work orders using mobile technology in a paperless environment, and work independently to complete daily routes. The role includes diagnosing and repairing appliances and refrigeration sealed systems, explaining repairs and maintenance to customers, and providing a consistently high-quality customer experience. Ongoing technical and manufacturer training supports continued learning and career advancement.

Requirements

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair.
Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Appliance repair experience is preferred.
HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience is also considered.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
