About The Position

As a CSC Appliance Install Driver, you will deliver and install laundry equipment at customer homes and client locations throughout an assigned service area. The role involves driving a box truck to deliver, pick up, repair, or replace washers, dryers, and air machines, as well as installing ancillary technology such as card readers and digital enhancements. You will prepare equipment and required parts before loading, show customers and clients how to operate equipment safely and effectively, and use a two-wheeled hand cart to assist with loading and unloading. The work is active and involves daily interaction with clients and consumers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and Real ID.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing, background check, and DOT screening.
• Mechanical and maintenance experience or knowledge.
• Experience driving box trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crouch, squat, and bend for periods of time.
• Knowledge of computers and smartphone technology.
• Troubleshooting ability.
• Customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Current DOT certification.
• One year of job-related delivery and installation experience; training is provided.
• Route driving experience.

Responsibilities
