About The Position

Represent Rock & Roll Denim, the modern western denim line from Westmoor Manufacturing, in farm, ranch, and western retailers across an assigned territory. The role focuses on keeping denim displays well-stocked, correctly sized, and visually aligned with brand standards, while building enthusiasm and product knowledge among store associates. This is a supplemental, low-commitment opportunity and is not a full-time role. The independent contractor (1099) position involves one-hour monthly visits to locations including Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King. Pay starts at $30 per hour, based on market and experience, with a travel incentive provided. Store visit reports are submitted through ThirdChannel’s mobile app.

Requirements

Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim, including fits, washes, and brand details.
Comfort representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments.
Detail-oriented, with an eye for a clean, correctly sized, on-brand denim presentation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire store teams.
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology.
Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+).
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures.
Manage backstock to ensure sizes and key styles are correctly sized and fully stocked on the sales floor.
Style and present denim to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and stand out to shoppers.
Engage and educate store associates about the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles.
Build strong relationships with store staff and management, becoming the go-to Rock & Roll Denim expert in the territory.
Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intelligence from the field.
Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel’s mobile app with clear intel, high-quality photos, and well-written summaries.
