About The Position
Represent Rock & Roll Denim, the modern western denim line from Westmoor Manufacturing, in farm, ranch, and western retailers across an assigned territory. Visits focus on making denim well-stocked, correctly displayed, and appealing to shoppers, while building excitement and product knowledge among store associates. This is a supplemental, low-commitment opportunity rather than a full-time role. The position is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, with one one-hour visit per location each month. Locations include Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King. Pay starts at $30 per hour, based on market and experience, and a travel incentive is provided.
Requirements
- Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim, including fits, washes, and brand details.
- Comfort representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments.
- Detail-oriented, with an eye for clean, correctly sized, on-brand denim presentation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire store teams.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology.
- Smartphone required: iOS 17 or later, or Android 13 or later.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures.
- Manage backstock so sizes and key styles are on the sales floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked.
- Style and present denim to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and stand out to shoppers.
- Engage and educate store associates about the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles across the line.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management and serve as the Rock & Roll Denim expert in the assigned territory.
- Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intelligence from the field.
- Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including clear intel, high-quality photos, and well-written summaries.
