About The Position

Represent Rock & Roll Denim, the modern western denim line from Westmoor Manufacturing, in farm, ranch, and western retailers across an assigned territory. The role focuses on keeping denim displays well-stocked and correctly presented, and on building store associates’ knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand. This is a supplemental, low-commitment opportunity rather than a full-time role. The independent contractor (1099) position involves one one-hour visit per location each month at Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King locations. Pay starts at $30 per hour, based on market and experience, with a travel incentive provided. ThirdChannel connects brand experts with retailers to enhance the in-store experience through merchandising, training, and retail technology.

Requirements

Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim, including fits, washes, and brand details.
Comfort representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments.
Attention to detail and an eye for clean, correctly sized, on-brand denim presentation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage and inspire store teams.
Organization, dependability, and self-motivation.
Comfort using mobile apps and everyday technology.
A smartphone running iOS 17 or later, or Android 13 or later.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles.

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures.
Manage backstock so sizes and key styles are on the sales floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked.
Style and present denim to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and stand out to shoppers.
Engage and educate store associates on the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles.
Build relationships with store staff and management and serve as the Rock & Roll Denim expert in the territory.
Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intelligence from the field.
Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including clear information, high-quality photos, and written summaries.
