About The Position

Represent Rock & Roll Denim, the modern western denim line from Westmoor Manufacturing, in farm, ranch, and western retailers across an assigned territory. Bring the brand to life through well-stocked, correctly displayed denim and by building enthusiasm and product knowledge among store associates. This is a low-commitment supplemental opportunity, not a full-time role. The position is an independent contractor (1099) engagement involving one-hour visits to each location monthly. Locations include Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King. Starting pay is $24 per hour, based on market and experience, and a travel incentive is provided.

Requirements

• Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim, including fits, washes, and brand details.
• Comfort representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments.
• Detail-oriented, with an eye for a clean, correctly sized, on-brand denim presentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire store teams.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology.
• A smartphone running iOS 17 or later, or Android 13 or later, is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures.
• Manage backstock so sizes and key styles are on the sales floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked.
• Style and present denim to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and attract shoppers.
• Engage and educate store associates about the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles.
• Build relationships with store staff and management, serving as the Rock & Roll Denim expert in the assigned territory.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intelligence from the field.
• Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including clear information, high-quality photos, and written summaries.
