About The Position
Represent Rock & Roll Denim, the modern western denim line from Westmoor Manufacturing, in farm, ranch, and western retailers across an assigned territory. Visits focus on maintaining attractive, well-stocked denim displays and generating enthusiasm for the brand among store associates. This is a supplemental, low-commitment opportunity and not a full-time role. The position is an independent contractor (1099) role. Each location receives one one-hour visit per month. Stores serviced include Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King. Starting pay is $30 per hour, based on market and experience, and a travel incentive is provided.
Requirements
- Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim, including fits, washes, and brand details.
- Comfort representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, correctly sized, on-brand denim presentation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire store teams.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Comfort using mobile apps and everyday technology.
- Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures.
- Manage backstock so sizes and key styles are on the sales floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked.
- Style and present denim to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and attract shoppers.
- Engage and educate store associates about the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles.
- Build relationships with store staff and management, serving as the Rock & Roll Denim expert in the territory.
- Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intelligence from the field.
- Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including clear information, high-quality photos, and written summaries.
