About The Position
Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The View North Hills in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role supports the smooth operation of the apartment community by completing repairs and service requests, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, maintaining grounds and shared spaces, performing preventive maintenance and inspections, and helping provide residents with friendly, professional service. The position also includes snow removal and participation in on-call shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
- Maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Share on-call shifts.
- Provide friendly, professional service to create a positive resident experience.
