About The Position

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of its commercial properties and help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and guests. The role includes general building maintenance and repair work, preventative maintenance, and coordinating special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor. Some weekend work is required.

Requirements

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance.
• Repair and treat structures such as doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor.
