About The Position

Park Property Management Company is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for Grand Vistas in Lynchburg, Virginia. The manager will lead apartment community operations, oversee financial management, supervise on-site staff, and help provide residents with an exceptional living experience. The role requires compliance with applicable rental and employment laws, attentive customer service, organized tenant files, and safe, high-quality maintenance standards. Weekend hours are required on a rotating basis, along with other duties as assigned. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening. The work location is in person. Hired employees must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.

Experience with Yardi.
Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing programs.
College degree.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property operations and financial management.

Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site team.
