About The Position

HHHunt is seeking a genuine, motivated, and driven Community Manager for its Abberly Chase apartments. The role leads the apartment community team and oversees a multi-million-dollar asset, with a focus on providing residents with an exceptional customer experience and a beautiful home. The Community Manager is responsible for the community’s financial performance, physical condition, hiring and training, resident needs, and day-to-day team operations. The position also calls for active engagement with the surrounding community and creating a positive, fun team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in property management, apartment leasing, or multifamily community lease-up.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Expert time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Maximize net operating income (NOI) by maximizing rents and occupancy and controlling availability and expenses.
• Review leasing performance and customer surveys, and ensure the grounds, amenities, and office are ready to impress customers.
• Hire team members and provide training, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Listen to residents and teammates and work to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Manage budgets and analyze financial results to identify ways to increase revenue and minimize expenses.
• Oversee the physical asset, customer needs and challenges, and the daily needs of the team.
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up on customer commitments and work to resolve problems efficiently.
• Build relationships with community partners and explore ways to support people and causes in the community.
• Recognize and celebrate team and community successes.
