About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role involves standing, greeting, qualifying, and closing prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance, verifying applications, processing leasing paperwork, and ensuring accurate documentation. The position also requires providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, generating new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement, hosting resident functions, contributing to positive resident relations, creating and maintaining the property's social media presence, and supporting the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks. The community is located at 812 Kinwest Parkway, Irving, TX 75063, USA, and is a 276-unit property. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
Flexible schedule - weekends REQUIRED
Stable work history
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
