About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our San Marin at the Civic Center property, which features 276 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or those with prior leasing experience. Compensation is performance-based, with an hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00 plus a leasing bonus. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also part of the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Transferable sales experience.
• Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
• Higher education.
• Bilingual (any language).

Responsibilities

• Handle phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.
• Manage calendar of appointments.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
