About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Southern Avenue Villas property, which features 384 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00 plus a leasing bonus. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week and includes one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

• Bilingual (any language).
