About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Management Support property, The Estates of Northwoods, which features 292 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education a plus.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
