Apartment Bilingual Leasing Agent
About The Position
Adara Communities is seeking an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role involves standing, greeting, qualifying, and closing prospects, leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy, processing leasing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service. The position also includes generating new traffic through outreach, hosting resident functions, managing social media presence, and supporting daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule: Saturday 10AM-5PM & Sunday 1PM-5PM REQUIRED
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
Nice To Haves
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
- Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
- Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
- Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
- Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
- Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
- Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
