About The Position

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance, verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement, host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations, create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement, and support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks. You will represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule: Saturday 10AM-5PM & Sunday 1PM-5PM REQUIRED
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
