Labcorp is seeking an AP Trainer to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role involves assisting with the onboarding and initial training of new employees to ensure a positive new hire experience. The AP Trainer will also provide ongoing group and individualized training to enhance work performance and general education, focusing on company and department policies, procedures, competencies, and Lab Information Systems. The position requires developing and implementing training resources, evaluating and updating existing materials, and serving as a procedural and compliance resource. The trainer will support leadership goals related to quality and service metrics, assist with improvement plans for underperforming employees, and maintain accurate training logs. The role may involve travel to client sites and other branches for training, research of industry-related information, and additional administrative tasks as needed.
