About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Admin Clerk to manage the accounts payable function within our company. The ideal candidate will have experience with pay applications, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.
Experience with pay applications is required.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process and review invoices for accuracy and appropriate documentation.
Manage pay applications, ensuring timely and accurate submission and processing.
Maintain vendor files and handle vendor inquiries.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing and accruals.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Collaborate and assist other departments to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
