About The Position

Sandoval Contracting LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote AP/AR & Administrative Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is responsible for handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, providing phone and email support, maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks, and assisting with general administrative coordination. If you are organized, responsive, and comfortable managing both bookkeeping support and front-line administrative tasks in a fast-paced construction environment, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience answering phones and handling email-based support professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction or contractor-related environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with JobTread and/or BuilderTrend is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and on time
  • Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Monitor invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and vendor records
  • Follow up on receivables and assist with collections communication as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide email support to clients, vendors, and internal team members
  • Assist with data entry, document organization, and general administrative support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate with internal team members regarding billing, payments, and administrative needs
  • Support office systems and workflows to help improve organization and responsiveness
