About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is hiring anesthesiologists for its Baptist East Louisville location. The role is part of a large, high-volume practice with a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team working in a care-team model and managing a diverse case mix. The practice is building and growing a new anesthesia team, supported by engaged clinical leadership.

The facility is Baptist Health Louisville, a 500-plus-bed tertiary care center with high patient volumes and services spanning emergency medicine, cardiac care, cancer treatment, women’s and orthopedic services, behavioral health, and rehabilitation. The anesthesiologist’s case mix includes obstetrics, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, endoscopy, orthopedics, cardiac, neuro, urology, podiatry, and plastics.

NorthStar Anesthesia is an anesthesia management company founded in 2004. It partners with more than 150 hospitals and surgery centers across over 20 states and has more than 2,000 providers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a collaborative care-team model.
• Manage cases across obstetrics, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, endoscopy, orthopedics, cardiac, neuro, urology, podiatry, and plastics.
