About The Position
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative practice at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The role is part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment that emphasizes competitive compensation and work-life balance. The practice uses a care-team model with experienced physicians and CRNAs and offers a diverse case mix, including general surgery, endoscopy, pediatric dental, ENT, urology, and orthopedics. Obstetric cases are covered by a dedicated CRNA team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Baptist Health Hardin is a 300-bed hospital and part of an integrated system serving approximately 400,000 residents across ten central Kentucky counties. NorthStar Anesthesia is an anesthesia management company founded in 2004 by an anesthesiologist and CRNA. It partners with more than 150 hospitals and surgery centers across over 20 states and has more than 2,000 providers nationwide.
Benefits
- Total compensation of $555,000, including a $500,000 base salary, $25,000 quality incentive bonus, and $30,000 acuity stipend
