Anesthesiologist - Hillcrest Medical Center- Tulsa, OK - $750,000 1099 + 10 Weeks Off and Post Call is Off! $30k Sign-On!
About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join the team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position offers a broad case mix in a supervisory model, team support, and 10 weeks off. Compensation is $750,000 under a 1099 arrangement, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus and additional paid call opportunities. The team has six anesthesiologists, with four on site daily. Call is 1:6, with the post-call day off. Additional call coverage for Bailey and Claremore is compensated at $1,200 per weekday call shift and $2,000 per weekend call shift. General anesthesiologists typically supervise four to five rooms per physician. The case mix includes GI, general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, radiology, GYN, neurosurgery, vascular, podiatry, plastics, and general trauma. The role also assists with OB coverage; cardiac and transplant cases are not performed. The 1099 package includes paid malpractice insurance with tail, access to group benefits through preferred partners, and support from Corporate Clinical Leadership. Essential Anesthesia Management is a clinician-founded and clinician-led anesthesia management company formed through a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth. It provides department management at more than 125 facilities in six states and has more than 1,400 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Oklahoma licensure or ability to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesiology services at Hillcrest Medical Center.
- Supervise approximately four to five rooms per general anesthesiologist in a supervisory model.
- Assist with OB coverage.
- Participate in a 1:6 call rotation; the post-call day is off.
- Additional call coverage for Bailey and Claremore is available for additional compensation.
