About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join the team at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This is a CRNA-only facility offering the opportunity to practice autonomously and continue developing clinical skills. The anesthesia team has six CRNAs, with four on-site daily. Call is taken from home by beeper on a 1:6 rotation, with a post-call day off. The case mix includes orthopedics, endoscopy, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, OB/GYN, podiatry, and urology. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position pays $410,000 on a 1099 basis and includes 10 weeks off. Relocation assistance is available. Additional offerings include financial coaching, access to group benefits through preferred partnerships, and support from corporate clinical leaders. Pratt is in south-central Kansas, approximately 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over an hour from Dodge City.
