About The Position

U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is recruiting full-time anesthesiologists to join its growing practice in Orlando, Florida. This is a call-taking position with a schedule of 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off. The practice includes almost 100 anesthesiologists and more than 200 CRNAs, serving AdventHealth hospital locations throughout Central Florida. USAP is AdventHealth’s exclusive anesthesia provider in the region. The role offers a broad range of clinical experience and subspecialty anesthesia care, from routine cases to complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures, neurosurgery, pediatric cases, orthopedic care, and labor and delivery. There is an opportunity to take transplant call for additional compensation. Holidays falling during assigned work weeks are worked unless traded. USAP is a network of physician-owned-and-led local anesthesia practices supported by nationwide resources, structured leadership development, operating-room staffing and utilization tools, localized business experts, operational infrastructure, quality data, and patient-experience resources.

Requirements

An M.D. or D.O.
Completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
Meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where privileges will be held.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care at AdventHealth hospital locations throughout Central Florida.
Participate in the call schedule, working 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off.
Work holidays that fall during assigned work weeks unless the holiday is traded.
Complete hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where privileges will be held.
