About The Position

Narragansett Bay Anesthesia (NBA) is hiring full-time, call-taking W-2 anesthesiologists for its Rhode Island locations. The practice has multiple opportunities and offers salaries starting at $550,000, a $75,000 signing bonus, a 401(k) plan, $3,000 in annual CME funding, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Scheduling is designed to support work/life balance, with up to 44 days of PTO, including vacation, sick days, holidays, and CME. NBA has exclusive contracts with several hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in Rhode Island. Cases include general, B&B, OB, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, healthy pediatrics, and neuro; cardiac and trauma cases are not included. The position is with Narragansett Bay Anesthesia, which is part of US Anesthesia Partners (USAP), a physician-owned, single-specialty organization providing anesthesia services. USAP operates in nine states and its anesthesiologists and care teams work in more than 1,000 inpatient and outpatient facilities, providing anesthesia care for more than 2 million cases annually. Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for cases including general, B&B, OB, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, healthy pediatrics, and neuro.
Participate in call-taking coverage at Rhode Island locations.
Contribute to a collaborative practice environment and help shape the practice.
