The Director leads multiple research projects with varied scopes, methods, and objectives; keeps projects on schedule and within scope; and leads communications with internal and external clients. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in primary qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Proven ability to direct high-performing teams and deliver impactful insights.
  • Ability to moderate focus groups, conduct in-depth interviews, and lead non-traditional qualitative research such as ethnography and bulletin boards.

  • Stay knowledgeable about KRC client industries, market trends, and consumer behaviors.
  • Ensure the quality of research work products.
  • Guide report development, identify key insights relevant to research questions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Recommend research designs and write or revise research proposals with some or minimal oversight.
  • Address workflow needs, monitor project timelines and teams, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Keep projects within scope parameters.
  • Lead communications with internal and external clients.
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data and translate insights for client decision makers, communicators, and other non-research audiences.
  • Develop visually striking reports and present insights through engaging, memorable storytelling.
