Analytics Consultant (West Coast)

The Operations Reporting Consultant is responsible for advancing the role of reporting as a strategic thought partner within the organization. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, mine data on medical spending and population health, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they will automate frequently used reports and provide clear data visualizations for management. This role requires experience in SQL code development, operations reporting, and a Bachelor's Degree.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop plans, and deliver reports
• Mine data on medical spending, clinical data, and population health data
• Ensure data integrity through accurate and thorough data scrubbing
• Develop automation of analysis tasks, queries, and reports
• Generate compliance reports and develop new ad-hoc reports
• Identify opportunities to automate frequently used reports
• Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management
• Create consistent, repeatable, and scalable data processes

• Two or more years of SQL code development (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Two or more years of experience in the Healthcare field dealing with claims/utilization (Preferred)
• Two or more years of operations reporting experience (Required)
